Nancy Bouchoucha, Registered Nurse/Administrator
I love being able to bring my knowledge and experience as an operating room nurse to our state of the art oral and facial surgery center. I enjoy working closely with the doctor and our team to ensure we are providing our patients with the highest level of care and safety, including infection control, strict adherence to OSHA requirements, emergency preparedness, and following all protocols and standards of care. Patient safety is our number one priority! In my spare time I enjoy traveling, bike riding, and spending time with my family and pets.

Michele Vinci – Financial Coordinator
As the daughter of a dentist and having spent 14 years as office manager for a general dentist, I am thrilled to be the financial coordinator for Dr. Bouchoucha in his state of the art facility. The dedication and compassion that Dr. Bouchoucha has for his patients inspires me to do everything I can to help patients afford their care. I have served on the board of directors for the Twain Harte Chamber of Commerce and as treasurer on the board of directors for Friends of the Animal Community, so I have a vested interest in the community. I look forward to many years of serving our patients and assisting them in understanding all of their financial options for the incredible care that Sonora Oral and Facial Surgery provides!

Marisa Yardley RDA – Clinical/ Implant Coordinator/Surgical Assistant
I enjoy working with Dr. Bouchoucha on a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgeries, from wisdom teeth to full mouth rehabilitation, using the most state of the art dental and implant technology. As Implant Coordinator, you can be confident in knowing that I have been trained and am knowledgeable in all aspects of implants. I find this specialty challenging but very rewarding and feel fortunate to call this my career. When not at the office, I enjoy my beautiful home in Twain Harte and am the proud mother of two fantastic sons. In my free time I enjoy hiking, camping, and San Francisco Giants baseball.
Charlotte Hall – Surgical Assistant
I am very grateful and blessed to have the opportunity to work for a doctor who is so caring and giving towards his patients here, as well as abroad. I have been in the medical field since the age of 17, when I started out as a CNA/Hospice care giver. After receiving my certification as a first responder, my Associate’s Degree in Science, and finally becoming a Registered Medical Assistant, I am happy to have found my career here as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Assistant. I hope to make my patients feel safe and confident knowing that I am fully trained in this field. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, eating, and exploring our beautiful Sierras with my three children. Who knows, maybe we’ll see each other out on the kayaks or out on the trails!
Robert Nieto – Surgical Assistant
I have been working for Sonora Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for two years and every moment has been a great learning experience. Dr. Bouchoucha is a very gentle and knowledgeable surgeon, whom I am glad to have the opportunity to learn from and work for. I am currently continuing my education to advance my knowledge and background in cosmetic facial surgery procedures. My goal is to help the patient feel calm and confident that they are in the right place, before and after the surgical procedure. In my free time, I enjoy fixing and drifting cars, snowboarding, and camping.
Lauren Drake – Surgical Assistant
Having worked in a hospital setting in pharmacy for the past 18 years, I decided it was time for a change, and made the choice to pursue a career in dental assisting. I was fortunate enough to find a job as a surgical assistant with Dr. Bouchoucha, and it has been an amazing opportunity to work with such a compassionate and caring doctor. I am excited to be able to utilize my pharmacy background in my new career, as it is an essential component in and oral and facial surgery setting. I look forward to coming to work every day and helping patients anyway I can. When I am not at work, I love going to the beach with my son, bulldog, and boyfriend, and I make an effort to speak to my daughter whenever I can, who is currently serving in the Air Force.
